OYCC – Oregon Youth Conservation Corps
For the past few years MTC Works has received a grant from the Oregon Youth Conservation Corps. With this grant we were able to partner with local employers, hire youth crews and help them to develop workplace skills, all while contributing to the beauty of Columbia County.
Some of the skills they learn are:

Ø Safety
Ø Problem Solving
